Welcome to Simple Plan Austin! By subscribing to our meal prep service, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a subscription.
2. Subscription Service
Simple Plan Austin offers a weekly meal subscription service where customers can receive freshly prepared meals delivered to their doorstep. Subscriptions are renewed automatically every week until canceled by the customer.
3. Subscription Management
- Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for the upcoming week, cancellations must be made before Friday at 11:59 PM.
- Modifications: You may edit, skip, or otherwise modify your subscription during the week. All changes must be completed before Friday at 11:59 PM to take effect for the following week's delivery.
- Order Processing: Once your order has been processed after Friday at 11:59 PM, it is considered final. Any requests for changes post-processing are subject to the discretion of Simple Plan Austin.
4. Payments
- Billing Cycle: Your credit card will be billed weekly, on the day your order is processed.
- Refunds: Refunds are not guaranteed for cancellations or changes made after the order processing deadline.
5. Delivery
- Delivery Schedule: Meals are delivered once a week on the scheduled delivery day. The specific delivery day will be communicated to you upon subscription.
- Delivery Issues: If there are any issues with your delivery, please contact us immediately. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
6. Customer Responsibilities
- Accurate Information: It is your responsibility to provide accurate and up-to-date delivery and contact information.
- Storage: Once delivered, meals should be stored appropriately as per our guidelines to maintain freshness and quality.
7. Changes to Terms & Conditions
Simple Plan Austin reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the subscription service after any modifications indicate your acceptance of the new terms.
